I have been there 2 years now and have really been shown great respect by everyone. I would recommend it 2000% over any other place. The one thing that I would say was not exceptional is the hours. I wish it were open later for dosing. I drive over an hour and sometimes it hard to get there before 10. I have 6 children and my husband unexpectedly passed away so I can’t leave until I get them off to school first. I stress out on my whole drive trying to make it.

The people in Cross Roads are awesome the one thing that I have to complain about is when you try to get it dosage increase and you can’t get one because your urine is dirty OK well if the urine is going to be dirty wouldn’t you say that people are going to the streets to go get something to keep from going through withdraws if you’re not going to help them which is what you’re supposed to be doing to get over the withdraws then why are they coming there? I have been a paitent here at Crossroads now for almost 6 years. My counselor Courtney is absolutely wonderful. She is caring and kind very understanding and most of all NEVER JUDGMENTAL. Before she was my counselor I had another Lauren who very sadly passed into Gods hands in my third year here I was devastated but Courtney has not only helped me thru all of this but also has become a great friend of mine. The employees that work at crossroads treatment center they are so polite home they help you, and they tell you what you need to do, and if you need to be told about something they do that as well LOL but they’re not mean about it I mean thank you know come to you and say look this is what’s happening and this is what’s going to happen if whatever you’re doing continues to go on so yeah I love the treatment center.
