My experience is always good. All the doctors are great at listening to what I have to say. Unfortunately this month when we went to pick up my subscription for my scrip was only half filled. Called pharmacy and they said the filled it all. I made a mistake of not checking it while there. But it’s never happened before. The receptionist Sherona is always courteous and helpful. She works very hard. Also the Spanish counselor (bad with names) is always going out of his way to help. The system set up there is perfect for me. I set my appointment every month and don’t need to remember because the computer sends me automatic reminders. Every doctor seen has also done a very good job. I have been going to Ars westmoreland for almost two years and I have never had a bad experience. The whole process is super simple, fast and effective! Not to mention the front desk is skilled in making sure your not billed for ANYTHING (per insurance) ! Very fast and nice experience overall! Dr petner takes care of his patients and hears you out with whatever your going through!
