My appointment on Tuesday, July 6, 2022 started off hectic because they had multiple call outs and they had to wake someone up to come in. My appointment was for 8:05 which gave me enough time to make it to work but due to this I wasn’t seen until close to 9 am. The girl that’s came in was a Caucasian girl with blonde hair and she was amazing she got right in there and got people in order and seen immediately while other workers where just coming in. For a while now I am simply so grateful that I didn’t go to another clinic. I love how I am treated as any normal human being should be treated, as opposed to some ex addict who is now wheelchair bound because of my past choices. Everyone is so down to earth and I am always greeted with a smile and respect. I think the staff there puts up with a whole lot from people who are still obviously struggling with staying clean. West Moreland location was courteous and professional and fast and clean. No complaints I have no complaints. The only problem is I want to go back to feasterville although West Moreland made me another appointment for their office but I don’t wanna go back to their office I’m not safe I don’t feel safe in that location and I’d like to go back to feasterville where I was going thank you
