Crossroads is a good place. The staff is super friendly & helpful. The last place I was using, I would leave there in tears. The doctor made me feel bad about myself... he would talk down 2 me. I hated being treated that way. U already feel bad before u go 2 the appointments....u shouldn't have 2 leave the place feeling worse then when u stepped foot in the doors for the help u need. Great professionalism good communication and excellent support to it’s clients only mishap I have is I lost my meds and my insurance would pay for it however ARS has a policy that don’t cover your meds if lost or stolen. I have a issue with that.

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback, Rodger. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us. Since Suboxone is a controlled substance, we do have guidelines we must follow for lost or stolen medication. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our patient liaison at (864)448-0705. Have a blessed day!
