The dr was extremely rude and disrespectful. She treated me like a criminal and accused me of not taking my med. Then realized it was a different person she was looking at. And didnt apoligize. Her bedside manner needs to be reviewed.

Having had 3 major operations in 3 years has been extremely difficult. After having a back fusion in 2017 I checked into rehab because I had been on pain medication for years. At this point I enrolled in your program. In 2018 I had a bad fall fracturing my hip and shoulder on my dominant side. Pennsylvania hospital had to replace my hip on one day and then reconstruct my shoulder a day later. I was in the hospital and inpatient rehabilitation for 5 weeks.
