That’s lady took one racist look at me and said no told me to get that I would basically die over my medicine a person pulled a gun out on me and robbed me for my medicine and the doctor told me u supposed to overview u medicine smh got a police report and all proving never had one dirty urine if I was a white man I would got another script no problem this bought me back thinking about relapse I been sick without my medicine

The doctor wasn’t there during my appointment so they told everyone to take our tests and leave and they would send our scripts over that day. It’s now been 3 days later and they haven’t sent it yet. I got my notification for my next month appointment but still no script this month. I called and they said the doc will send it soon but they haven’t at all. Idk what the hell they are doing over there but usually it’s sent right away.

Well I never got my script and of course you can’t get any extra to hold you over like normal medication. Now I’m driving around like a nut while with drawling trying to fill it and it’s unexceptionable. I shouldn’t even be driving let alone going through hell and back for a prescription and yuz wonder why people relapse.

I feel like I'm just buying drugs from the doctor's office. It never feels like my health is the main objective. I wish this place could do better (a lot better) and listen to the patient and his/her concerns. I believe the main problem starts with the leadership of West Girard. I have had situations that needed the assistants of a manager or director. They do not contact you back, they make it seem like 1 problem fits all-- and that is just not the way medicine works.
