Crossroads is a great place! It’s only downfall that I can see is they need more dose nurses especially in the morning.

I have never had any issues with Crossroads , the counselors all seem to care about patients, the nurses are awesome I’ve never felt like I was just a number! The upper management seem like they are truly involved in patient care and that really matters because if they don’t care about patient recovery then what’s the point!! The PA doing physicals is the only thing I don’t like, but I only have to see her once a year and that’s ok when everything else is perfect!! 😁😁😁😁 Thank You for all your hard work and dedication to ... read more

We need some one to take numbers so we can get out of the dosing room. People just keep coming in and if you have to see the doctor or some one else and you get to the dosing room a little late you are screwed. Every one is upset with this new system. Let's go back to the way it was. Thanks

I have been a patient at this location since early 2013. I am very satisfied with my treatment and the results due to my treatment here at the Ringgold Ga location. My counselor, Stephanie is hands down the best in so many ways. She is the first counselor that could get me in the place to believe in myself. I am eternally grateful for her. I’m grateful for Doc, Terri, Jenn, Joy, the nursing staff, & many others that attempt to try to help people regardless of some of their choices. My experience at Crossroads so far has been great! Everyone is very friendly. I absolutely love my counselor, no matter what she’s always there and ready to help me with anything.

Everything has been great lately until a few weeks ago. The line to dose is around 20to30 mintues everyday. The quickest it has been in three weeks is 18 mintues. Nurses are doing the best they can but just need more of them.

I have been at Crossroads for almost 4 years now, and I can honestly say I have never ever had a negative or bad experience there, and I have had issues that I thought were going to take forever to resolve, but no, not at crossroads, they do whatever is necessary to get your issue dealt with in a timely manner, Thanks to my counselor Eleanor she is such a blessing always listens to all my concerns and problems Iam having.
