EVERYONE WAS COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT.
I have always been completely comfortable with everything done by everyone at the Crossroads treatment center. I feel as though I have always been treated with a great deal of respect, care, kindness, and concerns every time. They have even adjusted the changes to my sudden change of location to keep me from having to fall back into addiction. I truly appreciate that the Crossroads treatment center is in my life and I look forward to my sobriety with having them next to me!

The office ladies are wonderful and so friendly! Jen the counselor is amazing and so easy to talk to. Jen has given me many resources to assist me in my journey being sober. The Pounding Mill office is great and I have personally recommended this treatment to many acquaintances.

The staff is very friendly and courteous.
The ladies that work there are amazing!!! Amanda at the Carrick office always makes sure I have everything I need to live a sober normal life,also the front day girl brittny is always very polite and kind!!!!
