Thank u for your help unfortunately iv been suffering threw the worst the past few months. And had a bad car accident which I’m getting help now for my back. And going threw pain management.
The people who work at Florence are amazing! From the counselors to the nurses to the med room people and the people who check you in! They all are caring, friendly, compassionate and truly help if there is a problem! If I forgot someone I’m sorry! You all are wonderful people! I don’t agree with the protocols and how long it takes to move up from level to another but that has nothing to do with the people who work here!

They are the the best Methadone clinic that l have been to,,,l have been to three for 31 years. It would be better to have 2 hours to dose on Saturday though ?? All the staff are very kind and have become friends and are very professional .

I have always had a great experience at this facility. I transferred from another facility that was absolutely horrible. It was such a pleasant, welcoming experience for me and continues to be. I absolutely adore my counselor, nurses and doctor. They really want to help you through your addiction. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is suffering from addiction of opioids.
