Crossroads’s is a wonderful place. All associates know me by name and number and are very nice and friendly. They all support me and try to help me succeed. I don’t think they know how much I love and respect all of them. Without Crossroad I could never have gotten outt

My counselor pays more attention to her phone or assignments that she is completing for her online college classes. The dosing nurse is always very professional. Tonya is ALWAYS a breath of fresh air. She’s so polite and friendly. It’s a shame that all of crossroads employees aren’t as polite as Tonya.
