Ruth was simply the best realtor I've ever had. She continually went above and beyond to help me purchase a home within my price range, helped me find contractors to do needed work, and even after the sale continues to be there for me when I have questions or need advice. Will recommend her to anybody looking for an amazing realtor and seamless buying experience!

Ruth and Sam were wonderful. From the first time we met them and they explained how they would market our home through the closing, they were there to guide us every step of the way. They took the time to help us prepare our home for listing and then sent is a fabulous photographer before they listed our home. Ruth and Sam know their business. House was only on the market for ONE week and the 4th showing was the buyer. I thought we might have held out for our first comeback on the offer, but hindsight is always 20/20 ! Great to the house sold so quickly. Would recommend their services if you need an agent in their area.

This review is based solely on my experience with Ruth since I had little to no interaction with Sam. Ruth was an excellent realtor. I closed on my home between the Thanksgiving and Christmas (2017) holiday's and Ruth devoted several hours of her time showing me multiple properties, answering questions and providing guidance.
