Ruth is awesome! She still keeps in touch with us and tells us about local events going on. When we started out looking for a rental, we did it online by ourselves as usual. They responded to one of our requests to schedule a showing, but we didn't feel comfortable because of stories you hear about agents. Sam and Ruth are excellent at what they do. Let's put it this way. We did not get the attention we needed from Sam. Had to chase him down for new strategies and when we finally closed (sold a condo) THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED TO CONGRATULATE or THANK US FOR OUR BUSINESS. I think they are too busy for smaller sales and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
