Excellent communication from the home office via text that the technician was scheduled to arrive shortly after 8 AM. The technicians showed up properly were very courteous and professional throughout their entire visit and I would highly recommend them for all Heating and air conditioning services. Dennis arrived on time. He introduced himself, and he had his mask on all the time. He performed an evaluation and explained what needs to be done and what the options would be. He took measures and wrote his notes for the parts that need replacement, and said the Company would send me the job estimate. He completed his evaluation in less than 30 minutes.
