Kyle was very quick. in and out in no time at all. said everything was working great.

Bill arrived right on time, and I got to see his big smile just before he put up his mask (Gads, next year hope no masks please!). He tuned up our system in short order, in fact we were treated to some tunes from him as he went about the task! We heard "Fly Me To The Moon" as it softly wafted up the basement stairs. I do think he chose that song to sing because he may have overheard us listening to the SpaceX10 launch yesterday. SpaceX didn't get up until way later in the day, but Bill made sure our system will stay in orbit... read more

I called for a clean-out and made an appointment. The technician showed up on time, made a few repairs that he encountered while performing his duties. He explained in plain English what was done and left my basement cleaner than when he got there. Great job!
