Scott came to twenty-six(!) home showings because we were rather picky in looking for very good deals middle-to-end of the recession. We even had to put our search on hold for over 6 months during a pregnancy yet he was always patient, always arrived before we did, and always with comp list in hand. He provided great area advice to make us aware of pros and cons to a specific area we didn't realize and worked tirelessly to counteroffer once we find the home we still really like even nearly two years later!
