What can I say, i had a contract within 12 hours of the first day of showing for the price I was asking for with a back up buyer ready to make an offer. The closing went very well without any problems.

Shawn helped us downsize after our son went off to college & we accepted the fact that he wasn't coming back (a good thing). Shawn got our home of 16 years sold in 2 days with multiple offers and, although we found our next house on our own (we decided to build), Shawn was instrumental in negotiating a great deal with the builder. I would use Shawn again in a heartbeat (no offense, but I hope I don't have to) and recommend him to all my friends.

Not helpful in locating properties. Closing Assistant dropped the ball multiple times. I ended up dealing with the seller and their realtor directly. The 3% plus an additional $500 admin fee to Culhane was ridiculous. Our realtor didn’t show at closing and never even called after closing.

Wish I would have used they guys instead of the realtor I used in Austin. I had talked to Shawn about my house (listing price, current market analysis in my area, method to market) and he was "right on". The realtor I had used previously (3 years earlier) before I removed it form the market proved to be a real disappointment. She had no clue about what to appropriately list the house at. Did what he said. Did not have opportunity to do much though since full price contract was in hand in 3 days. Provided feedback in negotiations concerning problem areas of older house. Communicated long distance in final negotiations via docu-sign.
