My mother is flourishing in Cumnor Hill House. Loving the activities, food and company. Being totally pampered and having her hair done every week. Also has the use of the chauffeur driven car for medical appointments. She has enjoyed doing some gardening Really enjoying the choice of food.

Made very welcome. Staff very friendly and helpful. Found out a lot of information. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful surroundings. Seems to be adaptable and flexible to suit individuals needs.

State of the art care home. Staff are very welcoming. Facilities are excellent. General manager was extremely helpful and very attentive. Exceptional standards.

Cumnor Hill House is well run. Why I say it is not value for money at the moment is because we only have a hairdresser for 2 days sometimes it is less. We have no beautician. We have no activities manager and there is no continuity of working between them.

We are happy to announce that we have successfully recruited an events manager who will be starting soon. We have not been as lucky in recruiting a hairdresser or beautician, but we will continue to strive to find both. Meanwhile, we are speaking with another freelance hairdresser for one day a week so that will be three days when hairdressing is on offer. Unfortunately, the health and social care sector are all suffering recruitment issues but we will continue to fill all our vacancies as soon as possible.
