The service Mgr made sure my documents were in my car for my inspection when I had it dropped off the night before my appointment. He was pleasant and professional. The next morning when my dad dropped off a missing document, my car was nearly ready for pickup. 🙂

I went in for an oil change and asked if they could check to see if I had a bearing assembly going bad, and instead found myself needing rear brakes. I was their last appointment for the day, and asked if they could make the repair with less than an hour, because that when the service department closes - Long story short, they worked well past closing time and got me back on the road again.
