These are definitely the best apartments you can stay at & have all the bells & whistles. They are not just affordable, stylish, & safe but the staff is also amazing! The upgrades are definitely a plus to. Moving is tough & can really suck but Mrs. J(Jacintha), Nathan, Jessica & Mauro made my transition so smooth & I can not thank them enough for going above & beyond. If you need a home don't look anywhere else but here you will not be disappointed.
Met Ms. Melanie Stocker while at lunch she introduced herself to me very sweet and kind hearted person she saw that I was looking at the greensheet advertisement for apartments and invited me to visit Cutter's Point Apartments. I am very happy I came to see these apartments they are awesome thank you Melanie for making my apartment search so easy!!!

We have been here 6 weeks, and generally enjoy it. There were a few issues when we first moved in, but maintenance and the office staff did everything possible to make it right, and overall we are fairly satisfied with the apartment itself. We love the largeness and the layout of the floorplan! A few minor complaints... The trash valet service, that is a mandatory $30 every month, has never once picked up our trash, even after putting it out early and leaving it out all night. If you were thinking about living at any BH Management property and are reading this comment, BEWARE - DO NOT LIVE THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO STINK. While touring this place, we were shown two laundry options - laundry machines included, and laundry machines NOT included. The latter was around $200 cheaper than the prior. We wanted to pay cheaper rent and get our own washer and dryer, but by the time we applied, they ran out of that option so we were stuck with the laundry-included option. I've been here since February and let's just say don't waste your time or money it's not worth it before we moved in I pointed out a few things wrong but they didn't care never came to fix it if it can't be painted over they won't fix it I got holes in the kitchen ceiling the A/C is not cooling the A/C is constantly running I told them to send someone to see if theirs any insulation in the ceiling but they gave me the answer I don't want to hear theirs always trash everywhere on this property and trash compactor their trash ... read more
Would to have liked to stay but management refused to fix anything without escalation, hot water was shared for building and broke often and took 5 minutes to come out, when taking a shower would flip cold and hot repeatedly, neighbors were inconsiderate with child above us and horseplay all the time, apts refused to do anything, had to call police after months, added new fees to rent bill all the time, can only pay online and charged (changed policy midlease), and finally, went to pick up package in name other than on lease... read more

Terrible place to live! Maintenance doesn't know how to fix anything. I had a rat in my apartment and was told by the office staff there wasn't anything they could do until pest control comes out almost a week later. They charged for pest control but dont spray your apartment unless you request it. Maintenance always leave a mess when they come to " fix" anything. In the summer my apartment is always hot.
