Dr Graves and staff always have a patient first attitude. They exhibit concern for your condition and your time. Dr Graves always takes time to educate, promoting prevention and maintenance in dental care. Always a great experience.
Dr. Graves, and her entire team have a knack for making me relax. Answering questions and concerns in layman’s terms. I am having extensive work done. Their first concern is making sure that I am comfortable. I first saw her in Pflugerville, and am happy that I found her practice again.
Dr. Graves always takes whatever time necessary to answer all questions and make recommendations for necessary treatments along with full description on what is involved.
Got me in right away prior to a trip for emergency. She is wonderful!
From the first phone call to set up appointment, I felt heard…with pricing and explanation of procedures. The X-rays were in depth and explained to me by Dr. Graves and a plan was established. The dental hygienist was gentle but thorough and communicative. Overall my anxiety was relieved by the friendliness and comfort given by her staff and Dr. Graves herself. Very happy with my teeth and almost look forward to my next visit!
First, after contacting office with broken tooth was handled effectively and humanely. Was told come on in and they would work me in. Expected a temporary potential only to find out the 'working me in' resulted in fixing the problem! From beginning to end was handled perfectly with outstaning communications and maximum effort in minimum time. All who participated were professional, easy to converse with, attentive and extremely capable.
Dr. Graves and her staff make you fell welcome and comfortable. Dr. Graves is committed to continuing knowledge about the field of dentistry and stays current with new treatments and technologies. She also explains procedures and conditions very clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone!
I have been a patient for 5 years now and Dr. Graves is exceptional. She has in-depth knowledge of not only dentistry but also how it relates to other medical conditions. The entire office staff are very welcoming and friendly. They all provide excellent care. No issues with making appointments.
Had a crown replaced today and a filling. Completed all in under 3 hours. No trip back to fit the crown. Done all in one day!I have never had a crown fit so perfectly Day One. Wonderful team and wonderful treatment.
