My wife and I have been patients of Dr Graves for over fifteen years. Have always been taken care of very professionally , great care, and friendly atmosphere.
When your over 65 years ago, one can assume you have visited many doctors in your life. I can say this was one of the most professional consultations I have ever had. I am glad to say I have finally found a dentist in the Austin area after moving here over 10 years ago.
The staff and Dr Graves are always a happy crew to take care of any concerns. I have been thrilled with the courteous and precise treatments.

Great experience especially since I have more of a jaw issue and not a tooth issue. She explained everything clearly and had plan. In the past, more than one dentist has just kind of blown it off.Staff is very friendly and helpful.
After many years of seeing many Dentists I had found the perfect Dentist in Dallas. After moving to Austin and needing a local Dentist I went to try Dr Graves and found her to be my New favorite Dentist. Have had several visits now and have been extremely happy with services rendered and pricing. Being a technical person I am impressed with her cutting edge technology and amazing staff. My daughter had a complicated dental journey due to the lack of adult teeth growing in (retained baby teeth). Dr. Graves was fantastic in creating a treatment plan in coordination with our orthodontist. She was responsive to my many questions and logically explained her approach. The team was also very accommodating to our time restraints. The caps that they created look absolutely real in shape and color. My daughter LOVES her new smile! We are very pleased with the outcome and would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Graves!
Oh sure, Dr. Graves went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to help a patient with a dental emergency, the sort of heroic care that I don't expect to see ANYWHERE. And yes, she's kind, thoughtful, brilliant, and fascinating to talk to, and always makes time to get to know her patients. Unusual, absolutely. Follow-up visit after a crown placement to address a small amount of sensitivity. I was scheduled in the day after calling, listened to carefully, X-rays checked, area thoroughly examined, possible causes discussed, and I was given a topical treatment to take home, and a short course of steroid pills to quell inflammation was called in to my pharmacy. Easy…..especially for a person like me with deep seated fear of dentistry. Dr. Graves and her staff are always kind, calming, and professional.
