Just finished signing our contract with DaBella after having Shane help us figure out what we need and want. He did a great job of selling it, now we'll see how the work turns out!
Shane Wigs drove two and a half hours to our home and spent six hours with my husband, myself and our dogs and explained every little detail about what we were to expect with our new roof. He's really great! Feels like I have a new son. Kind, helpful, patient, very detail oriented - just an all around great guy! We will be calling Shane when we're ready to get all new windows.
The customer service and professionalism is amazing. I have been working with Alex Radke who has answered all my question whenever I call him. He always answers the call or calls me back as soon as he is done with an appointment. A perfect example is I called him today as I missed the call from DeBella and when called back phone system was not working correctly.
