karen D was very friendly and knowledgeable. Walked me through the whole process and payment options then did everything she could to get us a package that would fit our budget. Can't wait for approval on financing and hopefully be able to get the new windows in that we desperately need.

we sat down with Karen Decora this evening for a price quote on windows for our future home. even tho we're not quite ready for DaBellas services, she excelled as a rep and saleswoman. she was very knowledgeable and educated us on ur product lines. we will be contacting her in the future when we are in fact ready to move forward. they were very clear on the roof job and accommodating as to price. They also did a bathroom job for us 2 years ago and did an excellent job for us.

Dominic is very knowledgeable about company. Also, he answered all the questions we had about the products and gave us good time estimates on how long from start to finish of each project of ours. He knew about financing options and found about other options available taking the whole head ache out of not knowing if we Could afford to do two projects. met with kaarin bohrnsen today from Vancouver DaBella to help us with our roof. the first thing she did was point out the precautions that herself and dabella was taking during this pandemic under the guidance of the CDC. she was friendly, up beat a real person. caring and understanding for the customer. very inforative and full of information on their GAF roofing system as dabella. she satisfied all of our questions and financial needs. thanks and looking forward to our new roof.
