When Austin came to look at the roof a quote on the roof. Austin sales rep talked us in to a 31k roofing replacement and kept telling us to only us them and don't get more quotes and waste other company time. Since I haven't had any work done, I can't recommend them. I met with Carla Gibson for a quote for my patio roofing to be replaced. While, unfortunately, they would not do such a small project and tried to sell me a whole roof underlayment replacement, she was very professional and taught me a lot about roofing. The presentation was excellent.

This review is dedicated to the high school dropout manager Scott Jackman. Did you sign up for service with this company? If so, you clearly did not review their record, which as a matter of record, is bad. Just ask Oregon state contractor’s licensing board. They have 17 complaints in Oregon, 4 in Washington, and 4 in Arizona, according the the state government agencies that regulate contractors. Nevermind the fact that you agreed to pay AT LEAST two times the competitive rate charged by any other REPUTABLE contractor. ... read more
your company just redid my sisters roof. first big rain storm. searious leaks. water damage everywhere.....sub contracted workers. speed does not equal quality. hope you honor your warranty....would not recomend!
