The representatives, Paul and Marshall, were great to work with and very informative.
The subcontractor was courteous and willing to go the extra mile.
Best thing about them they removed old tub and surround, replaced in 1 day and it looks beautiful.
I was impressed with the amount of time they spent explaining everything, the thoroughness of the investigation, and the booklet they left behind. Also, they offered financing....without that , I wouldn't have been able to afford it. The quality of the roof is top-notch!

The sales side of the experience wasn't perfect. They were a little pushy and the product was a bit pricey. The subcontractor who did the work was a joy. The crew was pleasant and professional and the project lead made sure everything was right. There was one item where the salesman appeared to misrepresent the situation, but the sub made it right. In a perfect world, I'd love to buy the product directly and hire the subcontractor.

Patio door done at the same time, would highly recommend them to anyone.
The product they sell is superior to any other I have researched. The salesman Josh Brown was excellent, he was well versed in his product and company and did a good job of helping us make the decision to replace the windows. The appointments after the sale were not exceptional but they did follow up after we had questions about when installation would happen or installers showing up.
Great work crew, fast and neat. Pouring rain and they kept working. They exceeded my wife's concerns.
