My husband and I had a meeting with Steven Shortridge in mid-December. It was a mo pressure meeting, and the DaBella brand sold itself for us. We both like the dual coverage on the work done, and that the workers are insured by the company. We got our new roof installed in Jan, and it was done in 2 days. What a great experience! There are so many important things to know about your roof. Matt and Lance had not only answers but brochures and samples. They were patient with our numerous questions (after all if you're going to spend thousands of dollars you have lots of questions!) They were ultimate professionals. They have a product that sells itself and you can tell how proud they are to represent a quality organization and product.
Before the project started, Travis was informative and knew what he was talking about. The process was easy to understand.
Matt was a real helpful sales person. He explained all of the new technology that would go into my roof. My roof was quite complete and he said he would send out his best crew. He got me in touch with his installation manger and we worked out the days and had them come out when it had the least chance of rain. Everything was done as promised. I even purchased the 25-50 year warranty so I would some the peace of mind.
Quick and painless! Crew was on time and worked non-stop to get the project finished. Roof looks amazing! Already received numerous compliments from neighbors. Thanks Dabella.
Jared Peterson and Jordan Richmond of DaBella are very knowledgeable and skilled professionals. Their initial presentation was excellent, informative and allowed us to understand the value of their products/services. I had never been through a roofing project before and was extremely impressed with their patience as they answered my numerous questions. Their friendly demeanor put us at ease.
Lance was was great to work with. He was friendly, easygoing and no pressure. DaBella (Lance) was the only contractor that actually inspected the attic space as well as the roof exterior! Lance also provided pictures and explained everything he saw. Our project has yet to kick off, but I would suggest anyone in the market for a roof, to give them a call. If nothing else, you will get a honest assessment.
We have not had the roof done yet but after the professional presentation by Daniel Lowensohn and Travis Larson we decided to go with them. Looking forward to our new roof!!
