Jennifer Henry came out and inspected my siding. Then we sat down and discussed the inspection results. She pointed out a couple of things I had wrong then gave me a price. She also said that my siding looks in good shape and doesn't need to be replaced.
We had our roof replaced by DaBellas about 3 years ago and had such a positive experience that when it came time for new siding and windows we knew exactly who to call! Ian W has been knowledgebleand courteous...even when I changed my mind and added line and case to the windows after the initial consult! Beautiful roof! The work and materials were excellent. Clean up was immaculate. One small miscommunication, but once we connected with the right person, it was taken care of to our satisfaction.
Installation crew did good job, considering weather. Communication from head office (scheduler/coordinator) was lacking. Phone calls were not promptly returned and consideration to keep customer informed seemed lacking.
Asher and Aaron stopped my request to give me an estimate on replacing my large complex roof which was 20 years old I selected their company for their local reviews and excellent customer service.
Outstanding work
I have not had the repair done yet but, was impressed with the presentation & willingness to answer my questions in regards to the sad shape of my current roof. Eddie S. took extra care in trying to get us the best financing he could. He was very thorough & knowledgeable in regards to the product he was promoting, letting us know what to expect. Great job.
From start to finish Chance was a great help. He gave a great presentation, giving us a great education about the project and the product. He checked back throughout the process to make sure everything was running smoothly. When all was complete he came by to make sure we were happy with the whole process. And of course we couldn't be happier. The windows are fabulous they reduce the heat in the house tremendously, and look great as well.
Duke and Jordan were extremely nice. They know their job very well. Got us the best deal they could. I would recommend them to anyone.
