Chance Kelley was professional, very informative, pleasant and took the time to explain in detail the project, give me options, and suggestions. We were not ready to move forward with our project yet but were very happy with the estimate and the time we spend with him was very productive.

It's hard to write a fair review, but I've talked with a few of their representatives, including Monty Pederson, who was exceptionally well versed in his field. It's not common in this day in age where a business can answer most of your questions before you can even ask them. They were surprisingly honest about everything as well, From what the job would Intel to the price, to how long it would take to pay off ect. This is for the sales experience with Jordan Richmond. Jordan was fantastic, explaining everything in a way that made it easy for us to see the value DaBella brings, especially compared with the other contractors we spoke with. We enjoyed speaking with him.

This review is for the sales experience of both vinyl siding and new windows. They won't be installed until Jan/Feb. This was our first time getting siding replaced, and Joshua Brown was fantastic. Joshua was honest and direct, and didn't try to sell us product that we didn't want. He was able to show the pros and cons of various types of siding, without being pushy as to why DaBella was the right choice. Have only had the initial quote so far. Was a lot longer than we thought it would be. The sales rep was nice but a little like a used car salesman. We did go with this company and hope we get what was promised as far as a warranty and product.

This is only a review of the contact with Mike Roberts and Justin Johnson. The presentation of the roofing system that DaBella installs was presented in a very informative and professional manner. A lot of time was spent on details of the existing roof and what DaBella offered to fix the issues. No work has been performed at this point.

Spoke with Joel P. about having siding installed, as well as roof and window replacements. Presentation was good, and very thorough; currently have a quote and have decided to move forward with this project with this company. Will review again when work has been completed.
