RecommendedWe are just in the preliminary stages of getting a new roof. Geoff and Kent came to our home and did a very thorough inspection and were wonderful about explaining all of our options. They spent a ton of time with us answering our questions (my husband does commercial construction, so he had a lot of detailed questions and comments). I have never contacted this company yet they ßomehow have my number and continually keep contacting me over the phone. it starts early in the morning and doesn't stop threwout the day until after 8pm. they continue to call even after you tell them to stop. horrible company with zero respect. I will never recommend this company due to their relentless tactics that border harassment
They talk a great talk..but man alive their local Customer Service 100% sucks! Their sales people are basically sales sharks & once they’ve got you locked in, they pretty much drop the ball. Thankfully the crew who installed our windows was wonderful & I will say; the windows are nice..but if given the chance to make a different choice, we would! I do not recommend these guys for the Boise/Nampa Idaho area.

They sent a 2 man crew to side my entire house and couldn't speak a word of English. they did a terrible job and won't fix it or stand behind it! not happy with them at all.

company is a Scam. Great sales people to set the hook. getting anyone to communicate is impossible and I mean impossible. job not finished with no intentions of doing so. even the customer service line is a Scam. Do not use this company, there are many other local choices. I wish I would have listened.
