RecommendedWe are just in the preliminary stages of getting a new roof. Geoff and Kent came to our home and did a very thorough inspection and were wonderful about explaining all of our options. They spent a ton of time with us answering our questions (my husband does commercial construction, so he had a lot of detailed questions and comments). They talk a great talk..but man alive their local Customer Service 100% sucks! Their sales people are basically sales sharks & once they’ve got you locked in, they pretty much drop the ball. Thankfully the crew who installed our windows was wonderful & I will say; the windows are nice..but if given the chance to make a different choice, we would! I do not recommend these guys for the Boise/Nampa Idaho area.

They sent a 2 man crew to side my entire house and couldn't speak a word of English. they did a terrible job and won't fix it or stand behind it! not happy with them at all.

company is a Scam. Great sales people to set the hook. getting anyone to communicate is impossible and I mean impossible. job not finished with no intentions of doing so. even the customer service line is a Scam. Do not use this company, there are many other local choices. I wish I would have listened.

Please pay attention to these reviews. The positive ones are about the sales guys, who are great. But that’s their job. To sucker you into a terrible project done by subcontractors. I had a negative review up but removed it because Dabella tried to make it right. However, that failed and they have ghosted me. So here I am again. First off, thousands of dollars in siding supplies were dropped off unannounced in our driveway and left out for a few days.
