The salesman was very informative and walked me through the whole process. I felt very comfortable with the quality of the supplies as explained to me and the 50 year warranty. Great presentation. The only glitch was a delay in receiving and reviewing the electronic copy of the contract. Initially I was unable to open the contract document. It may have had something to do with the age of my computer. Benjamin and his whole team provided a great experience. Benjamin planned my exterior replacement (windows, siding, gutters) and got the funding set up. The manufacturer got the windows done way before expected. ColIin and his team installed 16 windows in less than 3 full days. They are all efficient, and great communicators. From the beginning, starting with Beau Gleed, the Salesperson, to John, the manager, and the install crew lead by Luis, they were all awsome. They took time to address concerns, work with our budget, and get the job done in 5 days which was a complete install of James Hardie fiberboard. Our house is 2 story and 2200sq ft. A little on the expensive side but the results most definently changed our house for the better. We are so happy with this company.
