Kept their schedule and kept us informed as the project progressed. Courteous workers and the salesman, Richard was very professional and friendly. Reported damage but now found it to be the loss of some gutter helmet and the nailing of the end guard to the roof which destroys the function of the guard. The end piece was missing so instead to telling me they just nailed the end to the room instead of keeping with the functional design of the gutter. The sales representative, Mr. Newman, was extremely knowledgeable of the product and very helpful in answering questions and did not push items I was not interested in.. I also receive calls to keep me updated on the progress of my order.
There were some hiccups with customer service but once the general manager was made aware of them, he did his best to resolve the issues. The windows are great! We have noticed a huge difference in the amount of dust in the house, and noise reduction.
