Sales team comes with the inspection, very friendly, want you to make your decision quickly. once I did, things really rolled, they actually did it before the scheduled time.

Kept their schedule and kept us informed as the project progressed. Courteous workers and the salesman, Richard was very professional and friendly. Reported damage but now found it to be the loss of some gutter helmet and the nailing of the end guard to the roof which destroys the function of the guard. The end piece was missing so instead to telling me they just nailed the end to the room instead of keeping with the functional design of the gutter. I feel I should have been given time to get some estimates, made it sound like they are the only ones with gaf but found there are others in area that use the gaf. Felt I could have gotten a better bid with someone else. The roof looks ok but due to cold they say it does not look fully flat and not curled. They broke my front porch light did not report it to me. They did at least clean up the mess but still I'm the one that has to have a new light installed.
