Kept their schedule and kept us informed as the project progressed. Courteous workers and the salesman, Richard was very professional and friendly. Reported damage but now found it to be the loss of some gutter helmet and the nailing of the end guard to the roof which destroys the function of the guard. The end piece was missing so instead to telling me they just nailed the end to the room instead of keeping with the functional design of the gutter. Great knowledgable people. Took time to explain product.
There were some hiccups with customer service but once the general manager was made aware of them, he did his best to resolve the issues. The windows are great! We have noticed a huge difference in the amount of dust in the house, and noise reduction.
Great follow up and professional group. They even gave us some ideas for other projects we ask about, but thear company did not handle. One of our sales people actually spent his time and found a company for us that did the kind of work we were looking for. Talk about above and beyond. Bella employees really exemplify the top of the line service oriented company. Really a rare quality these days.

I called them and set up an appointment for the next day at 10 am. RYAN showed up promptly at 10 am. He took a look at my roof and took pictures and made some notes. Then he came inside and discussed his products,the roofing system is unlike any other I had seen in that it included a ventilation system built into the roof. He showed us the roofing products and choices and even offered a veteran discount.
