I have not had the repair done yet but, was impressed with the presentation & willingness to answer my questions in regards to the sad shape of my current roof. Eddie S. took extra care in trying to get us the best financing he could. He was very thorough & knowledgeable in regards to the product he was promoting, letting us know what to expect. Great job.
Eddie came out to look at our roof for possibility of replacement. After his inspection he gave us the good news. We only need a cleaning. What a great feeling knowing that a company is truly putting their customers first. Eddie went above and beyond to explain and talk us through information. He didn't have any expectations of us purchasing, but still gave his time to make sure we were happy. What a great guy. Da Bella is lucky to have him. Highly recommend Eddie!
Pleasant, neat, clean outstanding
We have only signed on with Dabella and have not yet begun the project, making it very difficult to rate the quality and customer service. Matt and Sierra Marshall were very thorough in their description of their product, their commitment to service and quality and their love and belief in this company. Sierra worked with us to find a product that would satisfy and work within our budget while stilll maintaining the quality that was important to us. Beautiful roof! The work and materials were excellent. Clean up was immaculate. One small miscommunication, but once we connected with the right person, it was taken care of to our satisfaction.
Work was done in a very professional style or manner crew cleaned up and left the yard in top condition.
We are completely satisfied with the product, the customer service and the length of time it took to complete.
Roofing project almost complete and siding hasn't started yet but, so far, excellent customer service, timeliness, thorough clean-up after each day and completed sections look great.
Miss represented by entire process. work done in repairs. time. financing, No contractor. No work order in place. All was not done as presented. Many issues with all. Hope the roof put on was the one we talked about for 4 hours???
