Just signed last night. The bids were comparable to other high level contractors. I really would have preferred to sleep on the offer for a day or two, especially since we have another higher priority repair looming. If you are considering DaBella make sure you get your other quotes first, as they want answer on the spot and prices change drastically after the initial visit. I will update my review throughout the process.

My wife and I met with Jacob and Dave on 1/12/2017. The experience was very comfortable and pleasant. Jordan arrived at our home in January of 2016 more than prepared to sell us a roof. He has thorough knowledge of everything about the products DeBella sells and also about the company, it's history and how DeBella stands behind all that they sell. Professional presentation by Sam Axelrod and Scott Jackman. Informative and helped to make my decision. I feel like I will be getting the "Cadillac" of roofs. Work has not been done as yet so I cannot comment on that. A very large decision for me but feel that once the new roof is complete I should not have to work about it again.

They did very good job on the siding. there was a spot where the sewer line came out from my house and the workman did not replace the concrete blocks right and I have to go under the house and fix it now.

Have only had the initial quote so far. Was a lot longer than we thought it would be. The sales rep was nice but a little like a used car salesman. We did go with this company and hope we get what was promised as far as a warranty and product.
This is for the sales experience with Jordan Richmond. Jordan was fantastic, explaining everything in a way that made it easy for us to see the value DaBella brings, especially compared with the other contractors we spoke with. We enjoyed speaking with him.

Salesman Monty was a great guy and took his time to talk with us. Salesman Steve is NOT welcomed at our home he is rude and very pushy trying to get us to sign up for work to be done on our home
