The sales team did a good job scheduling an appointment, inspecting my roof and coming up with a bid same day. They were willing to negotiate a price within my budget which helped them win the project compared to the other options. The overall sales process was well organized. I went with an asphalt roof instead of my preferred metal roof because my HOA rejected a metal roof. The roof was well built. It was 2 days after the original schedule due to the very hot weather. The crew was polite, timely, and left my property in clean condition. The quality of the roof material and overall design is perfect. I’ve lived in my home for 34 yrs with one previous composite replacement. This IS my forever roof.

Mike spinale from the tri cities office was really helpful in helping me figure out the right shingles and really helped me get the right pricing and I really like the fact that they offer the golden pledge warranty over at Dabella.
Thought I would need a new roof in a couple of years, wasn't ready to get one quite yet, but after Janston Turner showed me what he found when he went into my attic, I bought one right away. Holes, water damage, etc that I didn't know about! He showed me pics, but I wanted to see it myself, so he went back up with me and pointed it all out. Pre-work review. DaBella sent their representative to our house (1978 build) after we expressed interest in new siding. Easton was very professional and knowledgeable without high pressure selling tactics. He answered all our questions and spent as much time with us as needed --- no time-crunch decision making. He took pictures of our house and then was able to use advanced software to construct a 3D model of the whole exterior.
