The customer service. The reason why Grover and I decided to have a service with DaBella because of Mrs Haley Sue Millee & Mr Conner James Pollak who came to our house to introduce DaBella and to negotiate. We haven't gotten the work done yet, have only gotten the estimate so far, but Tim and Jade have been great! Will update when the job is done. Also Jade has a fabulous name, not biased at all. We said we didn't want extensive demos of products or any fancy frills and we managed to not be stuck doing a 4 hour estimate process. They were honest about the process and expectations, as well as making sure we got the best price possible. Could we have gotten it cheaper elsewhere? Da Bella was the second quote I made an appointment for for my roof and I was determined to get that third quote and then make my decision. Anthony came in, very professional, very polite, and proceeded to blow me away with his inspection. he went outside and took pictures of my roof from above.
