Fast and efficient
Since the roof of my home is nearly 30 years old, I scheduled an appointment with Reve Exteriors for a consultation and a quote. Kent Shannon and Jana Ganskow came over to my home, we inspected my roof and they explained, in great detail, Reve Exteriors' company history, their commitment to quality, provided numerous references and a thorough explanation of all the products that would be installed upon my roof. Richard Macklin actually stopped to talk to me while in my neighborhood. He had just finished up a roof on a house around the corner from mine. He noticed I had some missing shingles and wanted to know if I had time to go over the possibility of replacing my roof for me. I did and he discussed with me the way that Reve Exteriors worked as a factory certified installer for GAF and that the warranty was in place to take care of the home owner for 50 yrs parts and labor. The workmanship was good and very quick. From purchase through installation it was only a could of weeks! Matt , the salesman, checked in with me personally after the job was complete. The roofing crew even cleaned up the bit of debris that went into my neighbor's yard!
Met with Richard Macklin at our house to discuss replacing the existing roof. Richard was very professional and informative about their product and what they do to guarantee satisfaction. We are really looking forward to getting our new roof put on and trust that the team at REVE will do a great job. I will post a follow up review after the install is completed.
Kyle Barritt was our first sales contact with Reve Exeriors, he showed us the fantastic products they had to offer and helped choose a financial plan that fit our budget. We were very surprised that a home improvement company even gave us the option to finance.
Blake and Brandon cam to my house and presented a roof. They did a great job explaining the roof and presenting the material very professionally.
Very nice company with good product. Salesmen was knowledgeable without being pushy. Just hope it lasts!
