Kent Shannon and I met in December. He introduced me to the top quality roofing that you can get. I was convinced and wanted to wait so I could talk to the home owner insurance and see if I could get some help. Kent was very throughout and came down when the adjuster came to look at the roof. He was a big help. I would recommend Kent to anyone who needs new roof.
The customer care is excellent. Jeff inspected everything and gave an honest opinion of the needs. He also recommended a product designed for my needs. Thank you DaBella Exteriors and Jeff.
Tons of information on supplies, very polite and easy going people. Definitely a possible rehire. Also having windows replaced on a combined deal. Would have liked to do more through these guys.
Kent Shannon did an excellent job with his presentation and explaining his business. He was very knowledgeable in showing us his product and how the process works. He was also very professional in his inspection process and discussing with us the shape our home was in and what needed to be done to fix it. Sales persons Matt Pittam and Lance Fagan were professional in demeanor and provided clear and concise information regarding product and product quality. Information regarding costs, timelines, and financing was also presented.
I couldn't have found a better company to work with, my roof is going in quickly, everyone I talked to was very friendly. Brandon and Jana were very reassuring and took the time to make sure I understood the decision I was making.
REVE EXTERIORS LLC the company we hired to tear off and replace our roof was a pleasure to do business with. Kyle Barritt the representative for the company who came to our home was very polite and clean cut. He answers all of our questions with honesty and everything we were promised we received. I'm sure we will be working with REVE EXTERIORS in the future.
This was our first time hiring to do a bathroom shower install and we are very pleased with the end result. Everything went smoothly from consult to install. The young man that did the install (Austin) was very thorough from start to finish. We thought they were a little pricey, but the quality of their product may be worth it. We weren't sure how to rate the value for money because this was our first time experience dealing with DaBella and hopefully they will stand behind their guarantees.
Reve uses sub contractors, and I seriously question there end product ( install ) for what we paid, it looks horrific !! I feel confident REVE will make it right, just the frustration and stress is not cool !
