RecommendedConner did an excellent job at looking over both of our bathrooms. He was efficient with my time and was easy going when my kids needed my attention. It was awesome to see the products and see the science behind how and why it is manufactured. He also was familiar with several different payment plans which is helpful when a project needs done. Kelsey was and is amazing. Gave me options and we actually are doing something I have always wanted done.
I had Kelsey represent to me and my husband about the roof products that they have she is very thorough and very professional I was very impressed with her and of course the products. She also represented windows that they have. Wow. Warranty for 50 years. Very impressive Thanks Kelsey for your time and a good information you have given us
Really had a great experience with David Reinauer and Dabella Exterior. He was very professional and well knowledgeable about everything. The quality of the process and material is amazing and it even comes with a 50 year warranty. Really wish we could have go through with it but family emergency came up, but hopefully at the end of the year we will try it again!
This company should be ashamed of themselves. High pressure sales people conning elderly and unknowing clients into services they don’t need and then not letting them out of their high interest contracts when they get called on it. Disgusting business practice! Do your homework people!!

They prey on the elderly. Pressured my disabled brother to sign up for window replacement and then gave us the runaround when he and I called the next day to cancel. In Idaho you have 3 days to cancel on door to door sales without any penalties.

I am a 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income. After being discharged from the military, the home my wife and I purchased had asbestos siding, and since we had small children, siding was our top priority. We chose DaBella because of the values and ethics the company preached that they held. Including the salesman telling us everything they use was made in America "to the nail." This company and employees are not honest and they give quotes and then drop the price with in 5 minutes by about 10 thousand dollars. They embellished the damages and caused damage to one of our trusses in our attic. we received other bids and they were more than 10 thousand less then Dabella's final numbers. do not let them In your attics.

Do not hire these people as they will scam you! Unfortunately, we were naïve and trusting and this company scammed us out of $1500. We had actually taken out a loan to pay for our new windows, so we were fortunate that they didn’t scam us out of more money and that we were able to cancel the loan. Please learn from our experience and don’t let yourself be there next victim!
