worst experience I have ever had. they hires a cut rate subcontractor and now refuse to fix the probles. they did not install the roof correctly and refuse to fix the problems that have been brought to their attention 2 days after they finished working on my home. they did not pull any permits untell I complained about it to them. thin they pulled it 24 days after the work. Andrew was amazing to work with! Explained exactly what was wrong with roof and the process. However, the contractors didn’t do what we were told needed to happen. Very hard to get a hold of anyone to fix it or explain our frustration. Will never use this company again.
*customer service is a joke *0 communication *every project is late Had our siding installed by them. Started the job 2-3 months late, didn't order all the materials. We were never notified when any materials were going to get dropped off or when contractors were going to show. they just showed up and expected us to play catch up. DaBella has been the worst roofing company in Idaho falls!! we had them put a new roof on our house and they bought the wrong materials, installed it anyway and then when I tried to contact them they never responded to me, they even hung up on me one of the two times I finally got ahold of someone! We had an AWFUL experience Friday April 16th with the salesman Josh Neu. I have never felt more mistreated and disrespected in my own home before. I will never ask DaBella to come back, and we will never do business with them. There were so many instances were I was demeaned and my voice ignored in my own home. The workman drove over septic and propane lines when specially shown where the lines were and asked not to. There was very little contact between DaBella as to when they were showing up. Poor communication between company, roofers and clients I expected way more from them.

I have had a horrible Christmas, thanks to DaBella. I had windows and gutters installed this fall. There was an issue with the gutters, because the installer ran the downspout across a patio, instead of moving it over 8 inches so it would go along a deck wall. I finally got them to say they would fix it when the weather broke. I paid in full at that time.
