The roofing staff was very competent. There were only two and I can't believe how efficient they were. They were helpful and courteous and I don't believe I found even a leftover staple in my yard. The roof is beautiful and I get a tremendous amount of pleasure looking at it. The people who came to talk about the job were friendly and helpful. The whole experience with DaBella was outstanding. A very polite young man came to my door to ask of we would be interested in a new roof and since it was something we were already considering we scheduled a visit. The next day Mike Shaw came to our house and was extremely professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and educational. He answered all of our questions and concerns very politely and reassured me that all of my concerns with the roof would addressed. Work not being done until spring of 2016, so I cannot rate the work yet. Our sales person, Joel, was great. He and his manager went above board to help us get financed. Joel very knowledgable about the product. We like that it's insulated and has a 50 year warranty.

Austin Roberts did an amazing job on my bathroom, from the demolition to completion. It has added value to the bathroom. Scott came out to look at the finished product, he took pictures and was amazed as well.

My windows are over 30 years old and very drafty, I may as well leave the doors open. Jeff was very thorough in showing me the different types of windows available and giving me excellent info to make a sound decision. I'll add comments when it's all done. I think so far they're great to work with and very pleasant, not pushy.

Dabella is not your average company who drops bids... they educate you so your decision is more confident, Matt K my sales rep was very professional and curious. i told him right away we we just getting ideas for the future and were not ready to buy. he said with confidence thats perfectly fine. i know that by taking my time with you helping you understand the quality of work that dabella exteriors stands by you will know who to go to when the time is right. long story short the process was very nice. matt helped us understa... read more

Salesman said it should be done before Thanksgiving, wasn't done until before Christmas. I had to call the office twice to even get scheduled. Salesman also said the installer would discuss cleaning products and hang the shower curtain, no rings needed. Neither of those things happened. Salesman also said we would receive a $25 gift card to Fred Meyer and we never received that, either. Don't get me wrong, he was very nice, and so was the installer, but we never got what we were promised.

Dan and Jared have been great throughout the sales process. We have not had the roof installed yet, but feel that this was the best product for a great price. Everyone we have dealt with in the company has been professional, polite, and friendly. We are excited to replace our old shingle roof with DaBella. Will post an update once it is installed.

Dabella Exteriors did a great job on my Windows. Jeff Weigel, the rep, was very helpful in explaining the options. I like the lifetime warranty and that the installers are factory trained.
