I bit on the pricey side but I think it was worth it for a 50 yr Warranty on my roof

It only took two days to tear off the old cedar shakes and install the new.. They had extra work because of all the staples.. I am very happy at this time...

They were very thorough with the initial inspection and gave me full details with pictures, of what the scenario was. I had suspected the majority of the work that would need to be done from my own inspection, but it was clearly defined to me. When it came time to do the work, the fellows were prompt and went to work. Making sure all of the outside areas, ie gardens, outside furniture and landscaping were tarped carefully. Very professional organization from the sales representative to everyone involved with the roofing project. The installation team was always on time and their roofing experience and knowledge allowed them to complete the project faster than I thought it would take.

We had them out to look at our 20+ year old roof. We knew the roof was at its end but didn't know it was so bad. I had wondered why they wanted to look in our attic and now it's clear. Ian W was the salesman who crawled up there and took some pictures of not just one, but multiple leaks! Ian sat down and showed us what they do and how they are different. The end product is great and worth the hassle. But if this company comes to your house be prepared to haggle. They have sales reps that come to the house and give you a ton of knowledge about the roof and products they use. Also there was a lack of communication from the time I signed the contract to when the roof was to be started. II never received a date for work to start until the morning of.
