Very military friendly. They kept me informed of how the project was coming along. They are understanding.
The process for getting the bid and what it entails and what the outcomes are, are just not clear. My initial bid was $2-3000 above what I paid for it. I just told them I wasn't going to sign the contract until I spoke with other places and they dropped it $2500. That told me the prices aren't all about time and materials, but about sales as well.
