I have and will again recommend DaBella Exteriors. I am extremely pleased with my new siding and roof. I have a "new" house. Ian and Trever had so much information and amazing samples to share. Delivery of materials was fast and timely. Installation was done well, considering weather conditions. Cleanup was fair. We were picking up nails for two days after the crew left. Communication with the office was somewhat lax. Phone calls were not returned timely and the voicemail system did not allow adequate time for leaving messages.
The sales person was very personable and informative. The workmanship of the sub-contractor was very good, they explained what they were doing and made sure the area on my house with dry rot was completly replaced. I went with the prepainted product love the color my house looks brand new. My only issue was with my outside lighting and electrical outlet, the sub-contractor does not do any electrical, it took me 6 weeks to get this resolved with DeBella. The work was completed on time by friendly subcontractors. The prices were comparable to other bids, but i would like Da Bella to give clients a chance to think on the offer. Really that is my only knock on them.
I would highly recommend them. They did a fantastic job and they stand behind their word and work.
I am very pleased with DaBella Exteriors LLC. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I don't have any complaints about this company.
