I would recommend the product but I am not sure about the company. The sales man is here to sell me and the person doing the labor is the one trying to communicate with me. I am put in the position that I am not sure who to believe. I expected things to happen that didn't. The sales man told me that things were going to happen one way and that was not the way it was done. I think the sales people need to be on site so that they can actually see the whole aspect of the job and how it is performed.
For siding the work crew was knowledgeable and professional. However, they did not have a solution for the electrical follow-up. This means that reattaching all of the lights and electrical outlets.
Loved the work and the professional manner of all involved. Well worth having the work done.
It is hard to find a good reputable company this day and age and they surpassed each one.
I have and will again recommend DaBella Exteriors. I am extremely pleased with my new siding and roof. I have a "new" house. Ian and Trever had so much information and amazing samples to share. I have recommended DaBella to my friends and am very proud to show off the excellent product hugging my home. Thank you!
Delivery of materials was fast and timely. Installation was done well, considering weather conditions. Cleanup was fair. We were picking up nails for two days after the crew left. Communication with the office was somewhat lax. Phone calls were not returned timely and the voicemail system did not allow adequate time for leaving messages.
