THEY WERE UNORGANIZED AND UNRESPONSIVE TO INQUIRES . It took a number of phone calls to finally just to get them to acknowledge that they had my job. After over four weeks the got around to measuring the roof after my demanding the do something.

Get other estimates first! High pressure sales tactic used (fell for it), a second estimate after signing with DaBella, was 30% less than my cost using the same product, warranty etc., a difference of $4,200. I also have tar stains on my siding from the roof removal that I will need to remove, plus I spent a couple hours cleaning up roof staples from my driveway and street so my neighbors and myself wouldn't get flat tires; these were supposed to be collected by the contractor with a magnet.

I think the price was high and their meeting for an estimate was very long.

Make sure to get other bids first. Huge BS factor, high pressure sales. We were told other roofers were 7 months out and DaBella was a month out. The roofers were here in 2 weeks. Very good. We Were told the job would be monitored by DaBella, it wasn't. We paid top dollar and expected the company would provide quality. The two roofers did speak English pretty good and were hard working. The salesmen were great, but what they promised was not accomplished. Work was left unfinished and when I called, my calls were not returned. I was told that for any unused materials, I would be credited for - there were at least 6 sheets of plywood not used. I should say here, that it was not a good grade of plywood, at that. It split and there were holes in it. I just am very disappointed in the whole experience. I am 80 years old. Be careful that you get everything in writing from the sales pitch or they will get away with doing much less. They tried to get me to pay an extra $1600 for skylights that were in the contract to replace! I put a nail though my foot after they left as they did not use the metal detector they promised, I found 50 more nails after an hour of scouring the front yard! When the skylights were eventually installed they were too big so they placed them over the old framing and sealed them on that way. Just crap. Hopefully the roof... read more

Reve uses sub contractors, and I seriously question there end product ( install ) for what we paid, it looks horrific !! I feel confident REVE will make it right, just the frustration and stress is not cool !

The subcontractors needed to pick up the nails, etc. that were left on the ground and driveway after the job.

The installers were terrible! Was told the job would be done in a day , 2 at the most. They started the first day doing the tear off...tore off my back porch roof that wasn't suppose to come off {only 2 months old} .They did replace it but also broke my front porch roof but refused to do anything about it. Installer was witnessed urinating in front yard and another smoking and putting his cigarettes out on the new roof and leaving the butts there {3}, The salesmen were nice and polite, but never did a follow up on the w... read more
