When my car was broken and unable to even be driven to their shop they went out of their way to help me get it to their shop, as a single and broke mom this made all the difference in the world, I wouldnt have been able to afford the repair if I had to pay for a tow. They fixed it very quickly so I was able to get back to work and get my kids to school. Traveling cross country with auto problems. Sam was completely booked but fit us right in due to our traveling situation. He was so professional and kind. They checked and fixed everything within an hour. Tod checked us out and explained in detail what was going on with our car. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. We took our 2003 Acura into Dales late on a Friday afternoon because it was making a loud strange noise in the brakes area. They found a rock chip that had lodged in the rotor. They removed it and sent us on our way. They could have said it was something else and charged us but instead they were 100% honest with us. That shows me a lot and I will definitely use them in the future for our automotive needs when we move to Boise.
I'm driving a '93 Buick, so a decent mechanic is essential. These guys fill the bill, replacing fuel pump and filter at a reasonable rate in a decent amount time. PLUS they looked the old girl over and gave me a heads up on potential things to watch for in the future WITHOUT trying to add to the bill. And they're on a bus line so it's not hard to get to them. Grateful for their service!
These guys are awesome. Best customer service I've ever gotten from a mechanic shop. I've taken both my vehicles in for major repairs after being quoted ridiculous amounts from the dealerships. Todd kept me updated regularly and the bill was much less than expected. Vehicles were fixed right with no future problems. Highly recommend
