Took it in for a coolant leak got the car back 2 weeks later low on coolant brought it back they "fixed" it brought it home and go out this morning to a driveway full of coolant. It never even made a drip on the driveway before I brought it there.

BEWARE! They put a Bible verse on the sign but this may be a front so you drop your guard. I brought my car into them to test because the A/C only worked at higher RPMs. They said the entire A/C system needs to replaced -- over $2000 quoted. They said the pump is bad and the refrigerant level is full. The reason the entire system needs to be replaced is due to their "policy" when a pump needs replacing -- particles in the lines. I would have selected zero stars for this review, but yelp made me select at least one so I could leave a description below. This place absolutely tried to rip me off and took me for being an idiot. Went in with a radiator issue, which was a small crack in my radiator and needed a new radiator replaced and he came up with telling me that I had a blown head gasket also and it was going to cost me anywhere from 6000 to 8000. I called a while ago to schedule a quote for AC, and was told on the phone it would probably be thousands of dollars.... Thousands. Anything less and he wouldn't be able to stand by the work once it's off the lot. I was genuinely baffled. Anyway I got my AC fixed for $565 elsewhere and it's been running fine. ‍

I went to Dale's Auto Care and explained the issues with my vehicle. I was told that I can make an appointment, so I did. The appointment was going to be two weeks out, and was scheduled for 10/5/22. I showed up on 10/5 and talked to the same guy I originally talked to two weeks before. Long story short, the appointment was never booked and I ended up leaving. I will definitely never do business at Dale's Auto Care.

Took an older Mercury Sable to the to get it fixed because i live near this shop. They told me don't worry we know what's wrong and we guarantee our work 100%. Well I ended up having to take it back three more times to fix the same problem before I gave up and took it elsewhere, and they charged me for the work and parts each time. So it seems their guarantee is not as great as they say.

These guys were real crooks! when they told me it was $600 for a simple brake job I took it to the dealer who only charged me $150 besides the fact that they were totally unprofessional and rude. I highly recommend you stay away from these guys.
