They just got a new activities director, so we hope for improvement of activities variety and frequency soon. The food is very good, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The facility is super clean with a nice scent and feels like a nice home instead of having a hotel or hospital feel. My mother loves it here.

It was a very good experience, I really appreciated all the help, they answered my questions, the facility was clean. Since my dad was discharging they were very helpful.

I was very satisfied with the tour. Not only were they willing to give tour on same day they were contacted, bit also on a Sunday. They helped us fill out appropriate paperwork to get an assessment done the following day to help place my dad, but she stayed late so I would not have to make a second trip the following day. She even brought us coffee, and a couple of very tasty fresh baked lemon cake. So far I really like the facility.

The closer the staff are to patient the more they impress me. The further staff are from patient care, the less impressed I am with them.. They take good care of Dad, answer questions, listen to my concerns and keep me informed about what is going on with Dad

I would rate them a 5 on everything except 4 on Cleanliness of the facility. Wonderful staff, treated my mother in law wonderfully. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

Staff with direct patient interaction are awesome. Administrative personnel have turnover that leads to inefficiency and confusion. I would recommend them, but the casual attitude towards costs worries me as there are not limitless resources available for Dads care.

My loved one is currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Coeur d'Alene and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The staff is great. The friendliness and cleanliness are great! The care services, meals and activities are also very good. I would definitely recommend Pacifica Senior Living Coeur d'Alene to family and friends!
